A delightful and unique take on the classic French dip sandwich using turkey bacon and flaky biscuits.

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop.
  3. In a bowl, mix the chopped bacon, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit.
  5. Place some of the bacon mixture in the center of each biscuit and fold it over.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. In a saucepan, combine beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; heat until warm.
  8. Serve the biscuits with the warm broth on the side for dipping.
