These delicious banana chocolate chip protein muffins are perfect for a guilt-free indulgence any time of the day.

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add the oats, protein powder, honey, cocoa powder, baking powder, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the mixture into muffin tins, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
