- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs

- ½ cup brown sugar (for streusel)
- ½ cup rolled oats (for streusel)
