  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sweetener of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and sweetener, and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and blend until combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased muffin pan.
  8. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before serving.
