  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, oats, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the melted coconut oil, almond milk, and egg until well blended.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
