A delicious creamy tomato garlic pasta dish featuring turkey bacon for an extra flavor punch.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the cherry tomatoes and garlic. Sauté until tomatoes are soft.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning, stirring to combine.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and turkey bacon back to the skillet, tossing to coat.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then stir in the Parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon.
