2 chicken breasts
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
4 large tortillas
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Drizzle olive oil over the seasoned chicken.
Place the chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
Remove chicken from air fryer and shred it into pieces.
Lay out the tortillas and place a portion of shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese in the center of each.
Wrap the tortillas tightly and place them back in the air fryer.
Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the tortillas are golden and crispy.
