  • 4 fillets white fish (such as cod or tilapia)
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each fish fillet into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and the coating is crispy.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
