  • 1 cup pineapple juice

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 slices pineapple
  • 8 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic.
  2. Marinate chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  5. Add pineapple slices to the grill for the last few minutes.
