Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, eggs, baking powder, and Italian seasoning until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough on parchment paper into a circle.
  4. Layer turkey bacon, chicken ham, spinach, and parmesan cheese on one half of the dough.
  5. Fold the dough over to create a calzone and seal the edges.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
