- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add sliced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms to the skillet and sauté until softened.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, mix heavy cream and half of the cheese, then pour over the turkey mixture.
