  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms, cooking until softened.
  5. Add the cauliflower rice, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with chopped turkey bacon and shredded provolone cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
