1 pound ground turkey
4 slices turkey bacon
1 bell pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey and cook until browned.
Add in the diced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Sauté until soft.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and garlic. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with shredded provolone cheese, and bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
