- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound sliced beef steak
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups cauliflower rice
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced beef, onions, and bell peppers. Cook until the beef is browned and the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the cauliflower rice and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked turkey bacon back to the skillet along with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded provolone cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
