  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add ground beef, onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Cook until the beef is browned.
  4. Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
