- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 green bell peppers, sliced
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop into pieces.
- In the same skillet, cook the ribeye steak until browned, then add the onions and peppers. Sauté until tender.
- Stir in the cream cheese until melted and well combined. Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chopped turkey bacon back to the skillet, mix well, and transfer to a casserole dish.
