A delicious low carb casserole that combines the flavors of a classic Philly cheesesteak with turkey bacon.

  • 8 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add ground beef and cook until browned.
  4. Add sliced bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms to the beef, cooking until softened.
  5. Stir in cream cheese and spices, mixing until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with cooked turkey bacon and provolone cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
