Deliciously comforting Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserole, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham for a unique twist!

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, turkey mixture, chicken ham, cheddar cheese, milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
