2 ripe bananas
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a mini muffin tin with liners or grease.
In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
Stir in the melted butter.
Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and stir to combine.
