  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 loaf bread, cubed

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder.
  3. Layer the cubed bread in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle turkey bacon and chicken ham over the bread.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bread, making sure to soak all the pieces.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  8. The next morning, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  9. Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set and cheese is bubbly.
