  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 12 ounces egg noodles

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, black pepper, and beef broth.
  2. Add the beef chuck roast, coating it with the sauce. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  3. Once the beef is tender, remove it from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks.
  4. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions.
  5. Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker. Add the cooked noodles and stir to combine.
