- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- 1 cup beef broth
- 12 ounces egg noodles
