  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg

  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas and mix in the melted butter.
  3. Add baking soda and salt to the mixture.
  4. Stir in sugar, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
  5. Gradually mix in flour until just incorporated.
