1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add the chicken and sear for about 5 minutes on each side.
