  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and place it in a baking dish.
  5. Spread the marinara sauce over the chicken, then layer the cottage cheese and mozzarella on top.
  6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning over everything.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
