Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and add flank steak, cooking until browned.
  4. Add sliced bell peppers to the skillet and cook until tender.
