  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add almond milk and melted coconut oil to the dry ingredients, stirring until combined.
  4. Fold in the diced strawberries gently.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into rolls.
  6. Place rolls in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
