- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add ground beef, mushrooms, onion, garlic, and bell peppers. Cook until the meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with chopped turkey bacon and provolone cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.

- For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños.
